The Creative Process >> How we work with you.
General Design Workflow
Step 1 ~ Submit a request
Submit a request to us for a quote through our unique Quote Request Form. We will reply to you with a quote for the services you need. If necessary, we will request additional information before a final quote is agreed upon. We are confident that we can provide you and your company with a high quality, unique design at an affordable price.
Step 2 ~ Make payment arrangements
A 50% non refundable deposit is required before the creation of your design begins. This is payable via direct bank deposit or Paypal. If you
desire to have a rush placed on your project the entire amount of the quote must be paid in full. Additional rush charges may apply.
Step 3 ~ Give us your dreams
Depending on the type of project you will be sent a questionnaire to submit to us explaining vital information about you and your company, as
well as your customers and what you like or dislike in the general design category of your project.
Step 4 ~ Tell us what you think
You will be provided with a
minimum of two rough drafts to make sure we are going in the right direction. Depending on your tastes it may only need a slight tweak and we are ready to go... or we may need to dig a bit deeper
and go in a different direction. We will work with you to accomplish your goals for the project. The more information and feedback you provide the better we will be able to create a visionary
project for you and the success of your company.
Step 5 ~ Approve your design
A final draft is submitted to you for any last minute changes, a total of three revisions are included in your quote. After approval your
design will be published via the web or print media.
